Our most exclusive unit is an old timber building once used as a blacksmith-workshop. Idyllically located directly on the riverbank about 100 meters from the main farmhouses - it contains; two bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen with all modern facilities, and a living room with the big old restored fireplace as the centerpiece.
There is also a spacious upstairs loft for sleeping. The whole building has waterborne floor heating. And for further relaxation the sauna house is just next door.
Other trappings include:
Wash and dryer
Dishwasher
Parabol TV, with DVD and CD player
Open fireplace and two woodfired ovens
Outside stone terrace towards the river
Couples, small families or smaller groups of adults (up to 5 people) will be able to live comfortably in this uniquely rustic but luxurious setting.
The Sauna
Next to the Blacksmiths place we have restored a small timber cabin that has been made into a fully equipped sauna with shower, toilet and change room. This is off course available for all guests living in the blacksmith house, but on agreement it can also be used by other guests on the farm.
