Organic food has in recent times, gotten a lot of media attention. One can even say it has become trendy. Despite a few blind spots in the sustainable food production debate, the development of this trend is heading in a positive direction when it comes to consumer attitude regarding organic food.
As organic food producers we find this trend to be very encouraging. We appreciate the growth in numbers of quality conscious consumers. That these consumers also have a keen interest in sustainable, environment and animal friendly agriculture, is for us a plus.
